EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS

Frank J. Vitale is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Concept Fund Services LLC (CFS) and brings more than 18 years of professional services marketing experience to the firm. Frank oversees all department functions and utilizes his expertise in marketing and business development to help build and promote the CFS brand. He also works with Partners and Senior Managers across all industry and service lines to develop and implement strategic initiatives focused on growing the business.

Frank has extensive experience in strategic business planning and account management. He leverages this experience to help the CFS professionals enhance the client experience provided to the organizations they serve throughout the New York Metropolitan area. In his role as CMO, Frank also manages the firm’s efforts and initiatives concerning:

  • Pursuit and business development strategy
  • Industry and service line growth
  • Internal and external communications
  • CRM database management
  • Strategic event planning
  • Collateral and content development
  • Website and SEO management

In addition, he assists with organizing team building activities and staff training sessions that are focused on networking and business development. Frank is also the CMO for Berdon LLP, the parent company of CFS. Prior to joining CFS and Berdon, Frank served as the CMO and Principal for another Top 100 firm and held management level positions at White & Case LLP and KPMG LLP.

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS AND ACTIVITIES

Frank is a member of the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) and earned a Beta Gama Sigma Honor Society membership during his graduate studies. He was also recognized as one of Long Island Business News’ 40 under 40 honorees in 2016.

EDUCATION AND LICENSES

Frank graduated from Washington & Lee University with a B.S. in Natural Sciences and earned his MBA in Marketing from Hofstra University’s Frank G. Zarb School of Business.
